Las Canteras
Las Canteras has been considered in 2016 as the best urban beach in the world, with a natural volcanic rock barrier, which allows you to enjoy the sea as a swimming pool. The whole area of Las Canteras is a very lively area, with a walk along the 3 km beach, and with a wide gastronomic and cultural offer along the entire promenade. It is an ideal place to enjoy the sea, walks and sports. Along the promenade you can enjoy different options, the area of La Puntilla and surroundings is ideal for diving, canoeing, boat trips, sunglasses, paddle-surfing, beach tennis, beach volleyball, swimming, running and where a multitude of events are promoted throughout the year, such as music concerts and sports competitions. In about 2000 meters on the same promenade, there is the area of the beach of Las Canteras optimal for surfing, with a great atmosphere, called, La Cicer. At about 1000 meters, but in the other direction along the avenue we reach the Confital, a place that stands out for its environmental importance due to its virginity.
To move around in Las Canteras it is not necessary to have a car, everything is close and by walking you can move to the different beaches along Las Canteras, as well as reaching leisure areas and supermarkets. To move to other areas of the island, you can use public transport, which is very accessible a few meters from the apartment. Anyway, renting a car is a good idea, since you are entitled to use the exclusive parking space we offer you.
