The house has a parking space exclusively for the Vv Las Cantanteras. Located in the Public Parking of La Puntilla, at the end of the promenade of Las Canteras Beach, the parking is under surveillance and opens 24 hours a day, and lays only 45 meters away from the house walking along the promenade. The managers of this parking offer an exquisite treatment to the users. All this makes it very comfortable and pleasant to use as you can access the house from the parking without climbing any stairs.

Magnificent bedroom with private bathroom. Decorated in soft colors, it is very spacious and has a superb double bed of 1.5 metres with two bedside tables and a completely open modern wardrobe, as well as a Louis XVI style auxiliary chair, which can be moved to enable a cradle. The bathroom has a large shower tray with dimensions of 70x140cm, with hot and cold “rain type” water, suspended WC with soft closing lid and sink on countertop. This bathroom is integrated into the bedroom and separated by laminated safety glass to give it some privacy. It is an exclusive design.

 

From this Suite you can access the patio through a large sliding door with three sheets of laminated glass that avoids the few or no existing noise.

The quality of sleep is guaranteed with all the proper details, such as bedding, cushions, curtains, etc., and even other built-in construction details.

Another incredible bedroom with private bathroom, also decorated in soft colors, consists of a magnificent double bed of 1.5 metres with two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom, of great luminosity, which can be accessed from the bedroom, has a large shower tray with dimensions of 70x120cm, with hot and cold “rain type” water, WC with soft closing lid and sink on countertop. This bathroom has a second access from the common areas, which can be enabled for use, if desired, and for the best comfort of the user. The furniture in this suite is well-preserved historical furniture by a great Valencian designer and a great sentimental attachment.

Again, the quality of sleep is guaranteed with all the proper details, such as bedding, cushions, curtains, etc., and even other built-in construction details.

Beautiful, bright and spacious kitchen with all the necessary elements for a greater enjoyment, where the most exquisite gourmet meals can be prepared. It is decorated and designed with soft colors and equipped with anti-bacteria Silestone countertop, hot and cold water, and with all modern state-of-the-art appliances at your disposal: ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc., and with all utensils, tableware, etc.

Note that the elevator accesses the house through the kitchen, which makes it easier for the user to leave any shopping purchased.

The house has a spacious and bright living room with beautiful decorative details and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach of Las Canteras, from where you can see the entire beach, from La Puntilla to the “Alfredo Krauss” auditorium. It should be noted that this magnificent view can only be obtained in this part of the beach.

In this room there is a large three-seater armchair, a puff and two individual armchairs, as well as two service chairs and two small tables. It has a 42-inch state-of-the-art Smart TV.

The tranquility is guaranteed with the thermal and acoustic insulation of the double glazed windows with air chamber.

As a complement to the magnificent living room and without physical separation is the dining room which also has exclusive spectacular views and from where you can also see the whole beach of Las Canteras from La Puntilla to the “Alfredo Krauss” auditorium. The cozy dining room has a dining table for 4-6 people and is presided by a great photo of the famous Dunes of Maspalomas, located in the south of Gran Canaria.

From this dining room you can enjoy magnificent dinners with spectacular views of Las Canteras with the brightness of night lighting, which turns the views into magical. You can enjoy a breakfast when and appreciate how dawn light emerges gently or any other event at the Beach of Las Canteras with all its magic.

The entrance hall of the house from the stairs is near the living room and dining room practically without physical separation. It is where the intercom is for the opening of the building’s door.

The entrance door is original of the house of 1940-1945, lacquered in white and with high security. Next to it are the beautiful circular mirrors mounted on nautical portholes.

We highlight the symbolic 1945 photo of the beach of Las Canteras and where people can be seen bathing in their old clothes and their bathroom utensils, cars and buildings of the time. If we look more deeply we can also appreciate the building of our holiday home in some detail. Amazing photo!

The house also has two patios that complement the house.

One of the courtyards is used as a solarium, where a modern and silent washing machine is located and where elements such as the ironing board, removable crib, folding ladder, cleaning products and materials, clothing locks, etc. are stored. With the electric steam iron and the ironing table that we have prepared for you, you can be free of the wrinkles that your luggage causes to your favorite clothes.

The other patio can be accessed from any of the three interior windows and is where the clothes line is.

As you can see, everything is prepared and thought so that you have all the facilities and comforts.
